Do International Webcraft members speak good English?
AnswerAbsolutely. Our people are fluent in English, and all of our team members have college degrees—many with advanced degrees. Additionally, our team members utilize Grammarly Pro, which is an online spelling and grammar tool to ensure excellent written communication.
Do I need to be concerned about a time zone difference?
No. Our team members work your preferred hours—in your time zone.
Do I need to sign a contract for a certain length of time?
The duration of a International Webcraft assignment can range from 30 days to many years, it’s up to you. Your UniTriTeam member will report to a manager within your organization as well as to us. We monitor how the relationship is working through regular (but not obtrusive) follow-ups with both the client and the UniTriTeam member. We want to make sure the arrangement is optimal and will provide training and guidance to your assistant should that be necessary. If it turns out that you’d rather be matched with another candidate, we’ll take care of the turnover process.
Does the International Webcraft member join our payroll?
No. Your team member is on our payroll, and you will be invoiced a monthly flat fee. Think of it as a ‘lease’ arrangement. You will be leasing our top-notch talent.
How do I know I’ll get a good match?
Once we understand what you need, we’ll find several good candidates and arrange introductory meetings. We will be present in the intro meetings so we can help you select the right candidate for your workflow issues.
How will I communicate with my International Webcraft member?
You will treat them as part of your team. Because the relationship will be remote, you can use WhatsApp, Email, or any web video system for daily communication. Additionally, all International Webcraftmembers have a US phone number.
Do I need to provide equipment to my International Webcraft member?
No. Our team members have their own professional equipment, and we supply up-to-date software to perform their assignments. We also provide ongoing professional development and skills training.
What if I am not happy with my International Webcraft member?
We ask that you give it 30 days because it is normal to go through an initial adjustment period with any new employee. However, if it simply isn’t a good fit, we will replace your team member immediately. We are happy to match you with a new International Webcraft member, and we will handle the turnover process.
What does it cost to have a International Webcraft member?
The monthly rate depends on the position and the client's need, i.e. whether the position is full time or part time. We can custom tailor a package that meets your needs and your budget.

2. We’ll get to work + match you with a great candidate.
We will provide you CVs of multiple candidates for you to review within 1 to 3 business days.
3. Interviews will be arranged so you can meet your candidate.
We want to make sure anyone who joins your team is the perfect fit – culturally and technically. We will arrange multiple interviews with candidates and provide work samples to ensure you are as comfortable as possible with your candidate selection.
4. If you decide you'd like to hire your candidate, we’ll handle the details.
Once you make your selection, the candidate will be able to start as soon as you need them to. All you have to do is sign our contract (we don’t lock you into a long-term contract), and we will take it from there.
5. Follow-ups every Friday to ensure everything is going well!
At UniTriTeam, we believe in overcommunication as way to ensure our clients are satisfied. The goal is for your new team member to be embedded in your organization as if they were an employee and take direction from whomever you want on a daily basis. We require all of our staff to provide weekly updates to us to ensure we can be there to support our clients as needed.
