Do International Webcraft members speak good English?
Absolutely. Our people are fluent in English, and all of our team members have college degrees—many with advanced degrees. Additionally, our team members utilize Grammarly Pro, which is an online spelling and grammar tool to ensure excellent written communication.
Do I need to be concerned about a time zone difference?
No. Our team members work your preferred hours—in your time zone.
Do I need to sign a contract for a certain length of time?
The duration of a International Webcraft assignment can range from 30 days to many years, it’s up to you. Your member will report to a manager within your organization as well as to us. We monitor how the relationship is working through regular (but not obtrusive) follow-ups with both the client and the International Webcraft member. We want to make sure the arrangement is optimal and will provide training and guidance to your assistant should that be necessary. If it turns out that you’d rather be matched with another candidate, we’ll take care of the turnover process.
Does the International Webcraft member join our payroll?
No. Your team member is on our payroll, and you will be invoiced a monthly flat fee. Think of it as a ‘lease’ arrangement. You will be leasing our top-notch talent.
How do I know I’ll get a good match?
Once we understand what you need, we’ll find several good candidates and arrange introductory meetings. We will be present in the intro meetings so we can help you select the right candidate for your workflow issues.
