Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Service-Based Projects:
  • Before Project Start: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and receive a full refund.
  • After Project Start: Once work has begun (including strategy, design, or development), cancellations will be subject to a prorated charge based on the amount of work completed.
Subscriptions:
  • Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • Access to subscription features will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

    • Digital Services (Web Development, Design, SEO, etc.):
      • Refunds will not be issued for completed services.
      • If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery. We will review your concerns and work toward a resolution, which may include partial refunds or service revisions at our discretion.
      Non-Refundable Items:
      • Domain registrations, third-party software/licenses, and external service fees are non-refundable.
      • Customized solutions or bespoke code are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Project or subscription details
  • Reason for the cancellation or refund request
